Face-to-face trauma-informed therapy in nipaluna / Hobart:

  • Comfortable, private in-person sessions in Hobart/nipaluna. 

  • The therapy is trauma-informed which means there is recognition on how trauma has impacted your nervous system, body, mind and life story.

  • You’ll be supported to feel safe, grounded, and in control of the pace of the work.

  • We’ll work not just with thoughts and feelings, but also how trauma lives in your body, your senses, and your day-to-day behaviours.

Safe, Regulated, In-Person Therapy

  • Every session will end with grounding, reflection, and you will feel a sense of completion before you leave the therapy room.

  • Your existing resilience and capacity for healing will be recognised and built upon.

Things to consider bringing when attending your first face-to-face therapy session:

  • You might like to bring your water bottle.

  • Maybe you would like a journal or notebook for jotting down thoughts, feelings, or insights.

  • A sense of curiosity and compassion toward yourself.

  • Allow yourself a few quiet minutes before and after your session to arrive and settle.
