Online Therapy is:

  • A convenient and flexible way to access counselling and therapy.

  • Therapy and counselling from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

  • Online therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy for many people.

  • Ideal for those balancing busy schedules, living rurally, or preferring the comfort of home.

  • You will still be supported with tools and strategies to help you stay grounded during and after sessions, just like face-to-face therapy.

  • Ever wondered where your therapist is during online appointments? I'd love to show you my office home here.

Online therapy checklist:

  • Find a quiet and private space.

  • Check you are connected to the internet, and your device is fully charged.

  • Have your headphones handy for more privacy.

  • Get yourself a glass of water, a cup of tea, a hot water bottle or a fidget toy. Please get anything that helps you feel comfortable!

  • You might like to have a journal or note pad near by for reflections.
