My partner and I have been fortunate to become pregnant and I'm super psyched to share that we are expecting our baby boy to arrive December 2026.
From December 2026 I will temporarily pause my trauma therapy offerings, and my plan is to begin seeing all existing clients again from early 2027.

Alongside growing Rise Counselling & Social Work, my partner and I have been on our own journey to start a family, which took longer than we first anticipated.
Along the way, we recruited specialised professional help and much appreciated support from friends.
If you are moving through your own fertility journey or have had challenges with fertility, I see you.
When returning early next year, I'll be expanding my practice to include fertility support as part of my specialisation and therapeutic approach.

The decision to include fertility counselling as part of my speciality within supporting trauma survivors, comes from both professional development and lived experience.
My own journey with fertility has given me an understanding into the emotional, physical, and psychological challenges that can come alongside desiring parenthood.
My current offerings include trauma therapy and EMDR, and I know that fertility challenges can certainly be felt as a traumatic experience.
