Online Therapy Appointment
Join me for an online appointment. A 60-minute, one-to-one session held virtually.
Service Description
You will receive the secure link for your telehealth appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled session. To help you get the most out of your online therapy experience, you might like to find a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable and won’t be interrupted. Maybe you would like to have a glass of water or a cup of tea nearby. Please wrap yourself in a blanket or use fidget toys or grounding objects that you might have in your own space.
Cancellation Policy
Please schedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance. We accept bookings up to 90 days ahead. To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before your appointment are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend due to special circumstances, please contact me directly to discuss options.
